I upgraded the sound system because I drown myself in loud music when I"m
stressed out. 🤗
The head unit was purchased from Germany in 2016. It"s touch screen and has every option available.
It runs on an android platform and has the following options:
Internet access
Bluetooth / handsfree (compatible with both iphone and
android)
Radio
CD/DVD
Nav system (international)
USB Connection
TV (I"ve never used it)
MP3 files
Explorer
Chrome
Apps
Pictures
Calculator (yes, a calculator)
And a few other tech options I"m not familiar with.
I"ve honestly only used the Bluetooth on this head unit to take calls and to stream music from my iphone. I"ve used none of the other options. I use my phone for a NAV as well. So I don"t know how the NAV or other functions work. But I have the manual for it.

All highway miles;
Well cared for because I take care of all my cars!
Used it to commute to Berkeley and SF for a couple of years;
No mechanical issues (that I"m aware of);
I bought it used from a dealership back east;
Never in an accident with me but not sure about prior owners;
I don"t know how many previous owners;
It"s never given me any problems, aside from a dead battery, which we
replaced 6 months ago;
THE BAD STUFF
The front headlights are not as clear as they use to be (which always
annoyed me but I never had the time to get them cleaned or replaced)
The gas mileage is appx 19/24
city/highway MPG. Which isn"t bad but it isn"t a Prius.
130,000 highway miles - appx 12,000 miles per year which is average
There"s curb rash on all four rims (of course, I"m always in a hurry)
Minor dings around the car but no dents;
Husband removed the front license plate holder so now there are holes there (but you"ll have to reattach the front plates so you don"t get a ticket);
This is a good car for city driving. I probably wouldn"t take it cross
country but I"ve never tried that with any car.
Registration is due September of this year
That"s all I can think of
I"m selling it only because I have two other white convertibles that I need
to drive, or the battery drains. But I love this car! The power top is push button and not very many German car makers produce hardtop convertibles (much safer than the soft top ones).
