Up for sale is an exception 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in the coveted LJ model. This Jeep was owned by an elderly couple, then by their son and then by me - it has always been a Texas vehicle so there is no rot and the body and frame are exceptionally clean. Never off-roaded. It has a Pro Comp 2" lift kit and excellent shocks that are firm, but not rough. It has a new K&N cold air intake, BBS throttle body, engine sensors and a freshly redone engine harness done by Just Jeeps in Austin who gave her a clean bill of health. Brand New 20" wheels and Nitto Ridge Grappler tires (less than 300 miles on them) with locking lug nuts for all five wheels. The wheels are running a .25" spacer and the tire will rub at full lock, which I never experience. You could put larger spacers on if you wanted, but I personally don"t like running spacers - just a personal thing. It has new wider fender flares to cover the tires. This comes with soft top frame/boughs, door frames (no actual soft top though) and the hard top that was installed at the dealership and never removed. Brand new alignment. Brand new front and rear bumpers that people ask about constantly and it turns heads everywhere you go. The interior is very clean with very minimal issues that could be fixed by a good detailing. The windshield has a few tiny chips are really aren"t noticeable. Paint is in good to great condition and could benefit from a good detail and wax. Radio works great. AC blows ICE COLD and heater gets hot. This jeep also has a really nice floor mat system in place of carpeting. It"s a great driver, or could be an awesome off road vehicle if you wanted to go that route. The only issue I"ve personally had is that it can shift firm (usually only once) when it"s cold. Just Jeeps said that was normal behavior for these guys. Hate to sell it and don"t have to, we just bought a new home and am too busy getting it in order and I don"t have time to play with it.
