Vehicle description
For sale here is my Hummer H3, I"ve had a great time driving this rare H3 around but seeing as I ride to work every day I hardly drive it anymore! Has the rare adventure pack which means 4:1 crawl box and locking rear diff, I have taken it off road a few times and it was completely unchallenged by the trails I was on.
No check engine/dash lights, though the TPMS has acted up in the past which is common and it could need new batteries for the sensors soon. No sunroof drain issues or any of the common H3 ills. I"m the second owner and I believe the first took good care of it. Smog in hand.
Under my care these were the jobs done:
-I installed a remanufactured head when I got it including fresh hardware and intake gasket, this at about 85k miles/two years ago.
-Fresh fluid in all components around the same time
-Bilstein shocks all around
-Recently had to replace the drivers front diff seal
-New thermostat, now has the classic H3 temp gauge where the needle sits at about 3/4. I used an OBD program to verify correct coolant temps, engine has run great with the new tstat.
The truck needs an alignment, has always been a little wonky but as an occasional driver it never much bothered me
Body is not in perfect shape, paint could use a good polishing etc. if you want it to look perfect but it"s free from any major damage.
