Vehicle description
Looking to part with my S2000. I purchased this car at the beginning of the pandemic as a toy but am relocating to NYC soon and unfortunately won"t be able to take it with.
It has a great drivetrain and solid bones. There"s no rust on the frame, subframes, or body panels. I"ve put a lot into this car cosmetically, including a "like new" steering wheel, new badges, new interior knobs that aren"t sun-faded and a ducktail spoiler. Cosmetically, the previous owner also got a fresh coat of factory matched paint (I know because it matched my spoiler, purchased separately, perfectly), a new soft top, and black rims. It has a few small cosmetic issues (small scuff on passenger side rocker panel, and snapped headlight mounting bracket), and I assume that at some point someone bumped the front end as the headlight mounting bracket is broken (I"ve disassembled the front of the car and confirmed thats the only thing thats wrong, but haven"t had the time/space in seattle to get around to fixing it.) It has a clean title.
Mechanically, it"s got new front tires, decent back tires, an alignment, a new EPS sensor, and a rebuilt cooling system (the thermometer broke on me but car never overheated too badly. Have paperwork to confirm head gasket is in good shape from Greg"s Japanese auto in seattle). Other than that, brakes, suspension, electrics, clutch, transmission, engine are all in great shape. I can provide a mechanics inspection as well as past paperwork.
Everything is stock except the wheel color, a the interior door handles, which the previous owner plasti-dipped red (could be undone or replaced easily), a cold air intake (previous owner) and the head unit.
