2006 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 4.7v8 RWD Quad Cab Automatic transmission
It’s an unmolested truck. It drives exactly like new. It sounds amazing and looks good. I’m the 4th owner. The first owner was an older gentleman that had it for 12 years and only put 30k miles on it verified through car fax. He died and his son (2nd owner) sold it to the guy I bought it from and he got laid off so he needed the money and sold it to me. I’m in the Air Force and I’m getting stationed in Alaska so I have no need for the truck. It’s a brand new truck. It has some scratches from normal use. But the paint is actually pretty good. Just give it a wash and wax and it looks like brand new paint. Mileage will go up because my parents do use the truck every once in a while.
Things done to it: - two front tires are under a year old. - brand new rear tires (receipts come with truck) - all 4 rotors replaced ( receipts come with truck) - truck serviced according to truck manual - K/N air intake (makes the truck breath and sound nice!) - performance exhaust (not too loud but not quiet) - brand new taillight bulbs - rear view camera - New battery - tonneau cover - tuned on 91 octane gas (gives it a little extra power)
The truck needs nothing! The engine is extremely solid. The transmission shifts extremely well. Like I said the paint has scratches that’s normal for a 16 year old vehicle but there not even noticeable. The silver bumpers in the back of the truck have very small dents like I had to look really close to see it. And it has a small dent under the front passenger door, you really have to look hard to see it. The passenger side mirror doesn’t adjust, you have to manually adjust it but it’s in the perfect spot so I never needed to move it. Other than that like I said it needs nothing. This truck will last for another 15-20 years if taken care of. I wouldn’t be selling if I wasn’t going to Alaska trust me. The front seats don’t recline back but there in the perfect spot for me when driving and I never bothered to get them fixed. Also there’s three recalls that need to be done. All you do is go to the dealer and they will fix these manufacturer issues for free you won’t have to pay anything. Again do your research.
