I am selling my 06 BMW X5 4.4i. I originally purchased this vehicle for my wife through my brother-in-law, who is a car dealer. After purchasing, she ended up realizing that it is too big for her and now wants to switch over to a X3. This car was never registered under her name so the buyer will get the original title and the dealer reassignment paperwork with the buyer"s section black. All they have to do it fill their information out in the buyers section and they are able to register it. I spent about $1300 is fixing all seals and gaskets on this vehicle along with replacing the battery. The only thing I would recommend is probably a tune up, otherwise, it is good to go with no lights in the dash or any other electrical issues. It was also VA inspected as of Jan 2019.
