Mercedes Benz 2005
CLK 500 Coupe
For sale by owner is a 2005 Mercedes Benz CLK 500. Such a wonderful car with over 117,000 miles. Runs very well with no problems and everything has been serviced as should with Plan B serviced recently. Car was always serviced at the Mercedes dealer, so all service records are in the system. Car was purchased by us as a certified preowned.
The flaws are all cosmetic. It does have some light hail damage as shown in the photos with one pretty deep one on the hood as shown. There is also a little peeled paint on the back bumper when someone backed into our car. There is also a side bump on the right side rear from a drunk driver that was backing up into us. *sigh*
Interior wise, everything is in great shape. The seats are in pristine condition. The only one problem is the LEDs lights for the AC and the Car Filter do not turn red. They do work though, just it won"t show up red when it is on. Everything else works as should no problems, all buttons do work, A/C cool, heats seats. The headlights are foggy. Will be trying to clean them up as best as possible, but expect them to still be foggy.
Has all options that luxury cars usually have back then, except for the navigation system. It just has the standard system. Does have heats seats, power seats, etc.
Recently, the CPS sensor was replaced with a new one. Everything else is in working order as should be. Have taken it to get it checked out by a mechanic. They said it does not some front end work relating to the rough idel, but everything was running normal.
Title is in hand, clean title no accidents ever. I"d recommend for someone who knows about German cars/ Mercedes to buy this.

HIGHLY PREFER local pick-up so you can experience the car yourself before you buy, but can arrange shipping if you are satisfied and live out of state. Have done it before, so would be able to do it without any trouble and help decide the best transport for you if you do not have one.
