Hi I am small dealer in Chesapeake va.,I bought this car from a local bank it was a repo.car is very clean in and out,The inspection and tags on car was current so it has not been just setting .The engine will not start,it does turn over good,I pulled the plugs out and they were wet with gas,put new ones in and still will not start and they got wet also.And I do not know anything about mazda rotory engines.Will be sold absolute to highest bidder.
