This is a very rare and very desirable car. IMO, it is the most under valued and best bang for your buck world class sports touring car available. The 05 and 06 are also the rarest of the XKR"s xk8"s and if you google production numbers for them all you will probably be very surprised at the rarity of the run of these Jaguars. I have never seen another 05 or 06 xk8 or xkr with this color green and tan top and interior ANYWHERE either and I"ve been following them all since they were first produced. I"ve only seen a few of these in these colors in any other years. That said, This car runs and drives excellent but is not anywhere near a show car. It has 135,000 miles total and there i noticable wear and tear. The paint and body is still good with only minor scratches here and there with no fade spots anywhere. The top works great but is worn and has some fraying also but NOT leaking anywhere. The interior is pretty good but the door panels and seats have visable wear but no rips or tears and no cracks in the dash.The power windows and top work flawlessly but I don"t think the cruise is working but it does say something isn"t active or available when you hit the cruise button and because it is in my garage and I rarely drive it, I still haven"t figured that out.The wh eels are scratched and scuffed up but the Continental tires all the way around are excellent. The brakes work fine and the rotors look good. I am only throwing this car up for sale because I haven"t yet sold my truck also listed and I don"t want to keep them both (right this second :) ) any longer even though I love them both. Because I actually need the truck much more than I need the jaguar I figured I"d see if anyone wants the Jag more than I do. As soon as one of the 2 sells the other will no longer be available and I"ll keep it. .I REQUIRE ANY POTENTIAL BUYER CONTACT me BEFORE buying it. Thi is NOT a buy it now and decide after you see it if you actually want it or not. I prefer any potential buyers see the car before buying but I do aso know distance is a problem for anyone over 200 or 300 miles away to always have that. There is a NOT refubdable depoit REQUIRED with buy it now and the balance is required within 14 days but if the deposit and balance is paid I MAY BE flexible on pick up.
