| “Mechanically it's in excellent condition. The body is straight and has no rust, rot or bondo. I always take really good care of my trucks mechanically but I’m a general contractor by trade and as a result my trucks usually pay the price cosmetically. However, I shut my business down several years ago and split my time between my family and an extensive remodel on our house. As a result I’ve put less than 10,000 miles on the truck in three or so years I’ve owned it. Although I’ve changed the oil thre times The paint still looks good. It does have some hood chips and scratches but it is a 12 year old truck. Same story with the interior,very good shape throughout with some cracks and blemishes on the seats. The engine compartment as well as the underside of the chassis are exceptionally clean and straight for a vehicle approaching 200k Edit, The truck has just over 200 thousand now.” |

I am in the process of moving and will need the truck until December 7th
Thanks for looking at my truck. I looked for quite awhile at quite a few trucks and being in Seattle, the markets pretty saturated with trucks but I couldn’t find one to my liking so I started widening my search until I found this one in L. A. I believe the first owner was a rancher in Colorado. I have his recent shop bills that total over six thousand dollars. The engine work was done between 150-188k. The dates were 06/2016- 08/2016 The work included disassembly and cleaning of the turbo, EGR, and I’m not sure what else. I have all the records and I’m happy to go over all of them with any interested parties. Apparently the second owner (who I bought it from) bought the Ranch and all the equipment in a "distress sale". He ended up driving the truck for a couple months but, didn"t put it in his name so, I believe I"m the second owner.
I haven"t had to do a thing to the truck other than fluids and filters and tires. Nor does it need anything.
- The truck starts, idles, runs, drives, shifts and stops excellent.
- It goes down the road straight without wobble or vibration. If you stomp on the brakes without holding the wheel it"ll stop straight without any pulling.
- It shifts really well, on time and smooth. I love the combination of the peppy 6.0 with the six speed auto.
-It burns zero oil. It will puff a little white smoke on start up if it’s been sitting for a few days but, it doesn’t leak or burn any. Nor is there any blow-by. It’s been a strong, healthy and trouble free for me. Hopefully that trend will continue long into the trucks next ownership.
- Tires have even wear and id say at least 65% tread left.
- Brakes are good
- Perfect glass. No dings or cracks. Edit. I broke the rear window. It’s a three piece electric slider, I shattered the drivers side which equates to 1/3 of the window. I replaced it with a piece of plexiglass. The window still opens and functions like it did before and it really doesn’t bother me but, it needs to be mentioned. (Told ya I was hard on my rigs)

Everything works as it should. The only thing I can think of worth mentioning is that the E-Brake needs to be tightened.
This truck has been extremely well looked after and will undoubtedly go another several hundred thousand miles with normal maintenance. It"s never let me down and I"ll definitely miss it but I"m tired of loading and unloading my soon to be for sale Northern Lite cab over camper. So, I"ve decided to get a designated camping rig and have my sights set on a van.
