Vehicle description
2005 Dodge Ram SLT Cummins Diesel 4WD 2500 Quad Cab with 168,000 miles
Bought from Original Owner March of 2016. I have all paperwork from original purchase including window sticker. I know everything about this truck. I have all the original manuals. He gave me a folder full of receipts and service records. I bought it with 130K on it. It has 168K now. All that was done to it was the leer fiberglass cap and the MBRP stainless steel 5" turbo back exhaust when I purchased it. It has a painted to match Leer fiberglass cap with storage compartments on the side, worth about 1,000.
What I have done since I bought it:
Fully rebuilt transmission with billet converter and all internals upgraded by Pro-Built in Holbrook Ma. I sent it in for a service and they found metal in the pan so I had them rebuild and bullet proof it. I have all the paperwork documenting this.
Carli Suspension- Front Coils 3", extended control arms, steering stabilizer, stainless sway bar end links, all stainless blistien shocks, rear spring pack, adjustable trac bar. I picked all this to make it ride like a dream.
Front end- all ball joints, both wheel bearings, outer u-joints, pads and rotors, front gear oil. Front pinion race and bearing were all replaced at 150K.
Rear end - rear gear oil, both pads and rotors replaced at 150K.
S&B Cold air intake installed at 140K
Patriot Stainless Steel Running boards with lifetime warranty.
The carli suspension system on the truck levels it with a 3" lift in the front and 1" lift in the rear. The shocks make it ride like a dream compared to any other 2500 I have been in. I have over $2500 in suspension alone on the truck.
2015 Ram 2500 LongHorn Wheels with General Grabber 35/12.5/R20 wheels brand new installed at 150K. They are off for the winter and truck is sitting on stock wheels and tires which will come with the truck.
It has full weather tech liners in the cab.
I replaced the drivers side power seat motors and the cushion.
Interior is a 10! ! !
This truck needs nothing, it drives runs, stops, tows perfectly. I built it to suit my needs, and built it to be a driver friendly truck, and it does that perfectly. The only reason I am selling it is because I am buying a house. The only rust what so ever is a small spot on the passenger side above the rear wheel where they all rust. That is it. The original owner had a membership at a car wash and washed it twice a week. I also wash it weekly and once every two months it goes to a detailer and gets washed, waxed, and the inside cleaned.
I have a plow for my other truck and I just bought ($700) all the truck side stuff to hook the plow up to this truck. I have not installed it yet. The only purpose of the plow is to plow my driveway. I you buy the truck and want the stuff installed I can do that. If you don"t want it ill sell it.
NEW PARTS Installed at 155K
Mopar big steer box
All new steering linkage
Belt and tensioner
PS pump
Alignment
UNINSTALLED: I have a pair of heated power tow mirrors with turn signal in glass and a marker lamp I will include.
