Vehicle Details Chevrolet Blazer. I have owned this vehicle for 14 of its 16-year life. I did not use it a lot. I have spent many thousand of dollars keeping it in top mechanical shape, I have the receipts of most of the work over the years done by the Chevrolet dealer in Martinsville. Mostly from lack of use.I did purchase a new Snoway series 22 blade two years ago that has been used 3 times. Fully hydraulic with down pressure, $4800 and had to go to Chicago to get it. Professionally installed. The Blazer is the last year for the ZR2 in the S10 series at 2005. Very few 2005s made, rare item. I have used it mostly to plow a tad with and pulling a small trailer. I have sold the business property I owned which is why I bought the plow, so I do not need the plow or Blazer. I have a new truck and car, so it's mostly in the way. Since I have not plated it and have dropped the insurance on the truck also, I have no further use for it. I am not a used car dealer so I am going to tell you all the known problems up front. The driver's side 6 way power seat switch has gone bad. I know it's the switch because I took it out and tested it. I was going to but a new one on Ebay, they are $20 but did not. It can be adjusted manually with some effort and if you were not to need to be changing it would not matter, Id order one. The passenger's side tail light has a broken clip. It can be fixed with a little ingenuity and works perfectly, but a used on Ebay is $40. I just did not do it. It never got worse, so I did not worry about it. It has Micky Thompson Baja tires, 33" with aggressive tread. They are loud and do nothing to help the mileage. Great for snow and the like, which is why they are on it. Although I have had this truck undercoated and rust stop at Zebart I have noticed some surface rust on the drivers door, mostly inside, some undercoat pealing also. The Snoway blade is 22 series, 6'8" with down pressure used twice. The ZR2's are very sought after and 2005 is very rare especially with 61k miles and this one is loaded with all the options for those days. Also are catch all carpeted all weather front matts and cargo matt but I took them out so you could see the actual carpet. I am an older driver at 70 so it has not been off road. It has been always parked inside since I have owned it. Please understand this is a cash sale.
