Hello and Thanks for looking at this auction.
This car is in good mechanical condition but is being offered at a discount because of its less than perfect condition cosmetically. It is very reliable and I would wager it will go anywhere. I took care of many things on this car while I owned it and put many miles on it. I always keep the oil changed and motor as maintained clean as I can. Starts right up, has low miles at 143,000, has a great transmission, and rides smooth. It has never overheated. One good weekend and any auto repair hobbyist could add 1000"s in value. All little things need looking at or replacement. .
It has some cosmetic issues:
-there are lights on in the dash: a few sensors need replacing; doesn"t effect driving at all
-The ABS and traction control light is on because the plug is broken at the ball bearing. . .Could be re-connected by hardwire.
-a couple lock actuators need replacing
-some fuses blew after old alternator fried and new alternator was installed.
-there is a scratch on the side that looks to have been repainted with the proper paint code because there is no variation in color. It is only viewable when you are looking for it or the sun hits it right.
-steering leaks slowly
-ac needs recharge every year
Things I"ve replaced: 1 ball bearing new alternator harness new battery
This has become a backup car and doesn"t see a lot of action anymore, but we drive it around the block or crank her up extremely often.
