Needs valvecover gasket right side cylinders

7/10 has some scratches. Front bumper on right side got loose
Interior
8/10 only driver seat has a slight weare on the left side. No tears. Rear side windows need regulators.
Engine
8/10 valvecover gasket need replacement
Transmission
9/10 need oil and filter change until then when cold it hard shifts down to second. There is no slipping between gears.
This is a good vehicle but needs somework
