Otherwise, I reserve the right to cancel your bid. This vehicle being “SOLD AS IS” “WHERE IS” without any guarantees or warranty, either expressed, implied or written. The vehicle will have to be towed from its current location at the buyers’ expense. I will assist with loading the vehicle, but the buyer is responsible for making all necessary arraignments and payments to have vehicle picked up. This vehicle is for sale locally by other advertising sources, I reserve the right to end this listing at any time should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions. $250 deposit via PayPal is due within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. The winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours after the auction ends. The remaining balance is due within 7 business days of the close of the auction (unless otherwise agreed upon by both the seller and high bidder).
