The Marauder goes the CVPI one step further: it is powered by a 32 valve dual overhead camshaft version of the 4.6L modular V-8 instead of the usual 16 valve configuration. Combined with its unique suspension calibration, the Mercury Marauder is the most powerful and best performing version of the Ford Panther platform. It is also collectable as the lowest production model over the entire Panther product run.
