About this vehicle This 2004 Mercedes-Benz SL55 AMG is an original. The owner has had it for 4 years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller"s Notes There is an issue with the car starting. We took it in to the dealer for this specific issue. They thought they had it fixed and we thought they did for about a month and then it started having issues again. It may start 30 times straight, and then out of the blue it may not start, won’t even try. Also when it has starting issues, it may not go into gear. We reset it with the diagnostic reader and it always starts after clearing codes. Body-wise, small dent in rear quarter panel, paint is 17 years old so fading on fiberglass roof panels but clearcoat on body is intact. Interior has no tears but normal wear. Carpet is great, windows are in great shape. Power seats and windows, tilt, air and heat, radio and CD player all work as they should. Selling as-is and will make someone a great toy!
