This is a 2004 Clean/Clear Title Car in VERY good condition- (Minus the Low Compression - see below ) New Khumo tires with less than 8K miles on them
New Alternator

Previous owners had the Recall Motor swap done at Auto Nation Mazda in Roseville, CA @ approx 83,000 on Odometer.
This can be verified through Mazda - Passed smog in Sept-
- - THE BAD - -
Small rip in drivers seat lumbar support - see pics Check engine light is on (Due to Low compression resulting from bad apex seals)
Bought this car in Sept and drove it for 6 months - Now has a problem with apex seals as stated.
If you know these cars, they have a rotary engine (Designed for High revs and manual trans fun) This car has an Auto Trans. .
The issue with rotary motors, is they seem to last for about 100K miles and eventually need a rebuild -
This car had a complete motor swap about 13,000 miles ago - The problem with the car sitting, is that the apex seals are not constantly lubed while driving as they should be.
The swap was 2 years ago, and the car then sat for a year undriven.
- - THE UGLY - -
As a result, the Car has low compression - It Can be driven, but is burning oil and smokes. Should really be towed, as it needs a rebuild or complete motor Swap - (You can LS Swap These! ? For $6 - $8K and dump the rotary -
Could also use a new battery - Selling AS IS. w/ No Warranty.
