For sale is a 2004 Honda Accord EX. It currently needs an engine and is not able to be driven. However, with a rebuilt transmission, alternator replacement, and blower motor repaired by current owner, you could have a very nice car with some engine work.
I have documentation from a repair specialist dated 10/11/18 that the engine needs to be replaced. I had the car towed to my house at that time and have not driven it since. Currently, the battery is dead from non-use but was working upon delivery to my house last year. No other issues upon the last time I drove.
This car is in excellent shape apart form the engine issue. I am the third owner per a carfax report. I purchased it in 6/2014 with 72,000 miles on it. Since that time, I have documentation showing the following repaired parts: Alternator replaced 8/4/2016 Rebuilt Transmission and follow up inspection in 2018. Blower motor repaired , AC seal kit, 8/30/18 Proper maintenance of tires, oil changes, and manufacturer recommended maintenance. Additionally, interior and exterior are excellent. All windows, headlights, taillights, and sunroof are in working order and intact. No leaking or seal damage to doors. Very minor dings and surface scratches in 1 or 2 locations. The passenger leather seat does have a small tear which is easily reparable (see picture). I have pictures of the major repair documentation if you would like to view this information, please ask. Please review pictures for an overview of the car. I am happy to provide more pictures at request. Clean title. Currently owned by bank, but no issue with getting the title. The bank said they would provide it to me with my request and a reasonable offer without any issues. I have a copy of this email from my bank if you would like to see it as well.
