Vehicle description
This kitcar is called Vaydor if you have never seen one before. All pics in my ad are the actual vehicle for sale. Many pics are easy to find on a google search as my car is the first Vaydor built after the original prototype car was built. This car is known as 002. The chassis is a factory 2003 g35 infinity all body parts have been removed and kit rollcage was welded in place. The wheelbase length is factory for the g35 and has not been change so no worries about the chassis being incorrect. After the body was mounted a full custom red leather and suede was completed and installed. Stitching on upholstery is silver. I one pic you will see the doors open vertical and the open like a standard door also. I have driven this car just over 12k miles for a shake down the first summer. Making sure it held up after some real world driving.
The fact of this car, The paint is just a simple plasti dip paint job. Also the wheels are just 7Series bmw 3 piece billet wheels 22 inch. (Some curbing) Also centers are plasti dipped black. This car should have a crazy offset custom set of wheels as it has spacers on front and rear. Worked for shakedown but not a permanent fit. Fiberglass is good quality and pretty straight as is. Some trim has carbon fiber wrap on it. I have owned many kit cars and this car has more to offer than any other kits I have had. It need someone to take it to the next step as far as paint , wheels and tires. And suspension parts I have bought to lose the stance rear wheel look. Have trailing arms, upper and lower and adjustable and front upper adjustable arms. Also have purchased a adapter to run a ls1 to infinity 6 spd trans. All parts are included in sale.
I have had this car running and driving since early 2014 and have lost steam on it so it"s time to move on.
What doesn"t show in pics. Windshield broken (Chrysler Sebring) cheap 200.00 I"m 6.1 And drivers seat was alittle tall so I removed to lower seat to floor. Have adjuster and can reinstall for new buyer. Need body and paint finished. Motor has top end ticking sound from badly needed lifter shim. But still runs great.( didn"t much care as I was always going to ls swap it) Front tires are shot but happy to buy and install new ones before it leaves. Rear tires are newish. Seemed to have maybe noisy wheel bearing as it changes when you turn left to right. Car was salvaged title before kit was installed and only thing we found on disassembling was front core support needed replaced as it was cracked. In Oregon the DMV left titled as a g35 as the title follows the frame. Many states probably will want to change description but that will be your responsibility before bidding. Title in my name, plates are expired as I haven"t driven in a while.
