Vehicle description
this is a 2003 Porsche Boxster in arctic silver with black interior with 155k miles clean title clean carfax/autocheck
tiptronic transmission pretty nice little car. far from perfect and the body has some scratches and such but still a cool little car engine runs great
tires are good brakes are good a/c blows cold interior in pretty decent shape
the bad : 1) the top works but it struggles a little bit. I have another set of top transmissions which would fix the problem 2) the convertible top light is on in the dash 3) the tiptronic transmission must have blown the oil cooler (not the first time I"ve seen this). coolant mixed with the transmission fluid (that"s what happens when the cooler fails) and now the transmission does not work very well. the car runs and drives but this would need to be fixed to make it a driver. There is no coolant/water in the engine - only the transmission. which is why I say the cooler must have failed.
cheap project porsche. you can find a used transmission and swap it in. Or fix the cooler and possibly flush this one out and get it working properly again. car is located in Dania Beach, FL just south of the Fort Lauderdale airport personal inspections welcomed and encouraged
