Vehicle description
For sale is a 2003 Mazda 6 s style (V6) with 119k miles
-2nd owner
-leather seats
-2 remote key fobs plus valet key
-runs without major issue
-manual transmission (5 gear)
-power locks, power driver side seat
-moonroof
-custom suade interior roof
-custom short shifter (for easier gear changes, both custom jobs completed under first owner)
-clean title -interior is in fantastic shape
Car recently did not pass New York State inspection as it needs a new catalytic converter. Supposedly NY has more stringent requirements that other states and this could be a cheaper fix if you are registering in a different state. The inspection report from a week ago is attached. Check Engine light is not currently on though it varies by the day whether it turns on or not.
Car issues:
-catalytic converter
-needs new driver side wiper
-inspection states needs parking brake
-engine misfiring (passed inspection last year w this issue)
-the screen for the radio often does not light up properly, otherwise channels work without issue
-slight rusting on front hood (we purchased car 6 years ago and there has been no change to this rust)
-paint chipping on rear bumper -rotors are a bit rusted
