03" Honda Civic Ex. .PARTS CAR NO TITLE. car runs and drives 1.7 Vtech 310k miles auto $400 obo. Tranny slips in 2nd gear. I Put a timing belt in in about 3 months ago and apparently that was not the problem. car runs and drives but tops out at 10mph not sure what the issue is and I am tired of messing with it. PARTS CAR ONLY NO TITLE. . Been a great little car.
