This crown vic was elderly owned parked inside till 6 months ago I drove it about 6000 highway miles got 28 mpg a/c worked great every thing fine took to ford for recall and they noted that the intake had a minor leak no problem however they wanted a arm and a leg or two to repair. I bought a new intake and replaced it everything went fine 3 hour job started engine ran fine however the wires that run at back of engine were on egr pipe and started smoking. Now starts right up a/c works fine however has no power does not miss or anything its just a pig I think some of the injectors are not shooting gas in. drove till light came on says vac leak intake took back apart re installed same problem however i don"t have any more time to play with it and I am a chevy carb motor kind of guy ok that"s the poop
