Nice good running truck with the following repairs: Rebuilt trans, New windshield, new rear brakes, newer stainless steel brake lines, newer fuel pump and fuel filter, new oil change and lube, new oil and air filter, four new aggressive tread tires(great in snow and mud), new wheel well trim. ETRAS: Four wheel drive, power windows, mirrors and drivers seat, CD stereo, Extend cab four door, class 3 hitch, bed liner.
The not so good: Slight hesitation at idle, Dent in passenger door, Rear doors are stuck closed, Tailgate is dented and hard to open, Usual Chevy under door rust but floor is solid, Rust on under bed and chassis as shown in pictures. Interior fair.
This would be a great work truck for you. It always starts even in the coldest Wisconsin winters. Will pull a trailer easily. Push button 4wd works great. Truck is very comfortable. I bought this from a lady who was an airplane mechanic. He passed while still working on it. she said he had just finished rebuilding the transmition and doing work on the engine but she didn"t know what was done to it. Ive had the rest of the repairs done myself. I recently retired and just don"t need the truck anymore. I was going to finish up the not so good items I mentioned but my health hasn"t been too great lately.
