I have a 2002 VW Jetta tdi for sale. I bought this car a few years ago when the price for gas was very expensive. My idea was to have an extra car good on gas just for driving around. Those vw diesel have very good fuel mileage, about 45 miles per gallon and are very reliable. When i bought the car there was an issue with the transmission. I ended up replacing the transmission from a crashed car with low mileage. I did not use the car more then I thought because for the most part i need my pickup truck. So the car has been sitting the past 3 years with no use. I think it is time to let it go. Last week I installed a new battery and the car starts right up. Radio does not work, idont know why, it was working when I bought the car. The car smokes a little bit but that could be because there is old fuel in it. I recommend the buyer to go over everything before going for a long trip. The brakes work fine but they are a little rusty from not using them. Overall it is a good looking car with clean leather interior. Please check all the pictures. My loss is your gain. I spent more on the transmission then I am asking for the car.
