2002 Subaru Impreza WRX Wagon
149k Miles, car still being driven Black exterior, paint shines bright with deep gloss look close at the pictures, its mirror like. Black/Blue interior Automatic, shifts well. Stock car no modifications Clear clean Title, in my hand. No accidents, no body work in my time or that I can see. Never smoked in. Smells clean inside. Clean Car Fax report, copy available Adult owned and driven. I don"t see body rust, one small spot over right rear wheel opening, seems just under the paint. Two small spots on hood edge, again seems under the paint. Someone said the hood is aluminum? I am the second owner, I changed ownership name once but still me since 2010 I bought this from the local Subaru/Kia Dealer was a trade in almost ten years ago. This was originally a California car.
I have the owners manual and some other original papers Has two keys and fobs, the fobs are moody sometimes but work, also have the third key. Has new Delco battery, recent front bakes. Fresh oil change 8/17. AC works New windshield being installed this week, has crack from stone on road. (appointment on8/20) New STI floor mats New RainX wipers Has updated Kenwood radio with Bluetooth, also includes factory radio, its plug and play install.
The only things that don"t work properly is the clock on the dash and the compass in the mirror, sometimes flicker on bumps. The passenger side valve cover leaks a little oil sometimes on to the exhaust pipe, makes some odor. Its a common issue. This car has some dings, bumps, scratches, a scrape or two also two small holes in the drivers seat bottom bolster. See the photos for some of the marks. It is an all most twenty year old car with almost 150k miles, it has wear and tear from use. The last few photos show bump on hatch, I did this closing it and holding something heavy in my hand, the scratch next to it done in the garage by a bike hand brake, The front bumper scratch, holes in drives seat. Has more dings and misc. marks too. Since the rear brakes were done a year or so ago it has the rotor on the dust shield rub noise when cornering, another common thing.
I am not in the car repair or sales business. Clear title in hand ready to transfer.
The Bugeyes are gaining collector interest and are growing in value. Would make a great car to use or restore to like new.
My opening bid I think is way cheap, I think it should sell for over 10K. It will sell to the highest bidder, no offers please.
I am transferring the plate and registration on 8/21, so it will be off the road at that time.
