Vehicle description
Very nice silver w208 CLK 55 AMG. Have original paperwork from when car was new ($80K), plus $20K in upgrades from Renntech in Florida. Rentech Stage 1 ECU/TCU tune, with Rentech Airbox. Rentech also installed Stoptech brakes all around, over $5K. The car has always been under roof, or stored indoors. The brakes have just been refreshed, but I have extra stoptech brake pads that will go with the car. I also have an 01 (Dark Blue) w208 CLK 55 AMG, which is seen in the photos. The 01 has been wrecked, although it was started and driven off of the trailer to where it is presently parked. I purchased the car for parts. The wrecked car has brand new stock AMG brakes, good engine and transmission, etc. The wheels on the Blue car have been sold, as have the seats, but it has other aftermarket wheels and tires on it, along with racing buckets and some two tone (black and silver) door panels, back seat, etc. There are minor chips, scratches, etc. that you should expect with a 15 year old vehicle. However, I"ve had three of these, and seen many others, and I"ve never seen one cleaner than my silver 02. It runs very well, burns no oil and can be driven anywhere. I purchased it in West Palm Beach and drove it from there to Arkansas over a year ago. I did replace the front seats in the silver car, and the SRS light came on when I did that. I haven"t had time to have it looked at, but believe it is the seat occupant switch. Since the seats were sold in the Blue car, I don"t have an extra switch. Again, if you have any questions or would like other photos, please e-mail them to me. Lastly, I will strike your bid if you have less than 5 positive feedbacks and you do not contact me prior to your bid. $500.00 deposit within 48 hours of close of auction and balance paid within two weeks.
