This six-cylinder (V6) Ford Taurus SE sedan is surprisingly peppy and smooth—in fact, more so than the 2011 Subaru Outback I"m replacing it with, which is louder and less powerful.
It has a big 3-liter engine with over 150HP, yet averages about 25mpg, more on the highway. Recently detailed and clean as a whistle, it has new brakes, new ignition coils, new spark plugs and wires, and a restored coolant system.
The car has had oil changes and tune-ups like clockwork, and been extremely well-maintained; I can supply garage receipts. There are a few relatively minor dents (see photos) and some rust, though little of it visible. These are reflected in the price.
The car has mainly been used for local and some regional travel. It"s a low-cost, dependable vehicle for getting from point A to point B on a daily basis. I will deliver it washed and with a full tank of gas, along with clear title. Available to be seen now; please write for more details.
