Vehicle description
2002 Dodge Dakota SLT VIN: 1B7HG48N22S556856 Millage: 259,536 Basics Fuel Type: Gasoline Exterior Color: Black City MPG: 15 Highway MPG: 19 Drivetrain: 4WD Transmission: Automatic Engine: V8, 4.7 Liter This Vehicle is being sold 100% AS IS. Financing is not offered. Solid nice running truck that has been cherished for well over at least a decade. Serviced on a schedule and always preformed the recommended procedures. Recent Radiator replacement due to rock puncture. We had intended on keeping the truck forever but then Life happened and with the kids and the new SUV the truck almost never gets used. We wanted it to be comfy and knew one day we were going to get the paint done but have not gotten to that yet. We did the Magnaflow Exhaust with new chrome tips out the rear about 6 years ago as well as replacing the old Airbox with a K&N setup. We upgraded the Alternator as well as the Stereo and added a 1,000 watt MTX Amp running a set of MTX 8In Subs behind the back seat. Secondary MTX Amp for the main speakers was almost ready to be installed (will include, and the wires have been pulled to where we were going to put the amp under the passenger seat) just have not had time to finish. New Tires and Rims installed in Jan 2016 still practically brand new! New Carpet to make it feel refreshed as this is a 2002 truck. The AC will hold a charge for the season, but we generally recharge it annually. This truck has been a daily driver and a daily commuter for most of the time we have owned it. It of course has not been without its issues, like needing new O2 Sensors (all 4 were replaced recently) as well as some EVAP work and new gas cap to get the Check engine light to go out and pass emissions 2 years ago (2019). When we got the truck, we ended up getting the engine replaced (around 160K on the Chassis) so only around 100K on the new engine. Not in a rush to sell and would prefer it go to a good home that will enjoy this ride as much as we have! Due to COVID this year we did not renew the tabs so it currently has no plates and will need a travel permit before you take it home. Clean title in hand!
