2002 PT Cruiser one owner car purchased new by me in 2002 5 speed manual transmission 90850 miles H & R lowering kit(the best available bar none, from Germany) lowered about 1.5-2 inches H & R front struts H & R front and rear sway bars(huge bars) H & R rear shocks Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings throughout polyurethane shifter bushings Mopar factory subwoofer kit installed(see pic)
All service records since new Synthetic Oil used since new, always under 5000 miles between changes WIX oil filter always used new timing belt(upgraded to newer style) new water pump new belt tensioner new belts new fan new air cleaner(changed frequently) new wheel bearings new tie rod ends new ball joints new thermostat and thermostat housing new radiator hoses new NGK spark plugs new spark plug wires new motor mounts new front brakes and rotors new rear brake cylinders and pads new rear back up lights newer tires, maybe 6000 miles on them headlights just polished, crystal clear
Car runs great, transmission shifts perfectly
What doesn"t work or has issues: A/C has small leak, a freon charge will last a few weeks, then no A/C. Probably simple repair, o-ring or seal.
body has a few dents and dings dent on top of driver door(tree branch) hood has a couple dents where stick to hold hood up is(moron tried to close hood with stick in, not me) 1-2 door dings some clear paint peeling off rear hatch bumper has a small hole from light front hit(see below)
car was in light collision 12 years ago or so on drivers side front(still has original fender, grill, headlights ect, no parts replaced and where not even repainted)had front frame pulled slightly to repair, reinstalled original parts. No residual damage, car performs perfectly

Car runs and drives great, handles extremely well and would be even better with larger wheel and or better tires. The tires on it have very soft sidewalls, car would benefit from better tires. The H & R kit is the best available lowering kit you can buy, not only lowering the car but making it handle so much better. The H & R sway bars are huge, almost no body roll out of car in turns.
Only selling because I have 8 cars and I don"t drive it much anymore, plus my sons do not want it for their first cars. I would sell this car to my mom, totally trustworthy.
