Car is 17 years old and shows in some areas. Has some dents and blemishes, and small amount of rust bubbling on the corner of the driver side marker. Interior could use a good clean and detail. Previous owner plasti dipped the center console and door handles which could use some cleaning, Airbag light is currently on as car has open recall that needs to be done by BMW. I have only had the car a few months, my main goal was to get the maintenance taken care of before getting in to the cosmetics. It is mechanically sound and has no major issues, car just needs a good home. Airbag light is on due to open recalls, have not had a chance to schedule an app with a BMW dealer, CEL is also on because of Airbags. Sold as is.
Just performed $4,000 of work on the car. Sub frame reinforcement, rod Bearings both just done. WPC performance Rod Bearings, RLCAs and limiters replaced as well with ECS Bushing Set and Race Polyurethane Trailing arm bushings. Oil pump has been upgraded with VAC high volume dual pickup unit, new chain and tensioner OEM. Interior is the manual half leather half cloth sport seats. Slick top no sunroof. Will come with 3 sets of wheels including the OEM 18” wheels pictured. Car has brand new alternator, tensioners, belts and pulleys. New rear tail lights, new head lights (not installed). Have a bunch of maintenance parts that will be included from fuel filter, to diff fluid kit. Reason for sale is trying to buy a house and need the money for down payment. Car is an SMG, would make a good candidate for 6 speed conversion, but SMG works fine. Will get more pictures up soon, feel free to ask any questions. $12,000 OBO.
