Vehicle description
Selling my beautiful BMW convertible because I"m looking for a new car that"s larger and more band-friendly with rooms for amps and gear.
I"m the 3rd owner, clean title, runs great, very recently passed smog, automatic transmission, and cosmetically excellent. 97,611 miles. No accidents ever, and I encourage you to use the VIN to run a CarFax report!
A/C works great and blows COLD, convertible top works great, power windows and locks, responsive and powerful 6-cylinder engine, and EXCELLENT Harman/Kardon sound system.
I"ve changed the oil regularly, and kept all my service records (available upon request). BMW"s always need servicing around 100k, and always run into the same exact issues. I"ve put a lot of money into this car and taken care of most of that for you:
- Water Pump & Water Pump Pulley replacement
- Upper Radiator Hose replacement
- Headlight bulb replacement
- Thermostat replacement, including housing and gasket
- Camshaft Sensor (both exhaust and intake) replacement
- Expansion Tank overhaul
- Cyclone Separator repair
- all Spark Plugs replaced
Listing as "good" condition and asking $500 under what I should, as the Anti-Lock Break System computer needs to be repaired. This is the digital brain that controls the ABS. Not a very expensive repair, but I"ve driven it well over a year this way with zero issues. It"s really only for slick roads and when you skid, but being in Southern California it"s not something I"ve worried about.
Serious buyers only, in-person only, no low-ballers. Cash or certified bank check. Thanks!
