Up for sale is a 2001 Ford Taurus SES. This car has been very well taken care of, and I am now selling due to upgrading to a newer car. I have owned the car for four years. The car has a valid Maine inspection sticker (exp May 2018). It has 158,524 miles. The car is sold AS IS. I have put a lot of money into this car as far as new parts (within the last two years). I have all the receipts to validate this. Some of these repairs/replaced parts include:
-new serpentine belt (2017) -sway bar links(2016) -4 new struts (2016) -ball joints(2016, 2017) -wheel bearings(2016) -fuel filler pipe(2016) -ignition coil pack(2017) -coolant temperature sensor (2016) -transmission sub frame w/mount (2016) -front brake rotors (2016)
Pros: Inspected (exp May 2018) Runs and drives well Clean Reliable Lots of new parts
Cons: A/C needs to be charged up Tiny oil leak (hard to tell where it"s coming from but appears to be around the oil pan gasket, the car does not lose oil, therefore I never had it repaired) Tiny anti-freeze leak (steam sometimes will come through the grill briefly, doesn"t last long, the car does not lose anti freeze therefore I never had it repaired) Will need tires next year Has some rust
