Thank you for your interest in my 2001 Mustang. Here is some information on the car. It"s a 2001 V6, and a six speed automatic because of the overdrive setting. I"m the 3rd owner, 0 accidents. I"ve had her since 2013, and she is my first vehicle. It has around 189,000 miles. I still am driving her daily, which is why I can"t give you an exact number at the moment. Never was smoked in. She is incredibly dependable and has never broken down. I"ve upgraded her with led halo headlights, the 8" rally stripes, as well as black "Mustang" lettering on the back bumper that is also reflective, as can be seen in one of the pictures. The car is very clean and well maintained, and I"ve done a lot of the maintenance myself. I will include six new spark plugs. They do not need to be changed out yet, but I bought them for when they do. As can be seen in the pictures she does have a bit of rust on the passenger wheel well and is missing a hub cap. I also want to be up front about the issues and quirks of the car. The biggest thing is there is a rear main seal leak. It isn"t bad, but since I don"t have access to a lift I have been unable to repair it myself. Once again, I assure you it isn"t a bad leak, just be a little more diligent about checking the oil, and I"ve been carrying around a jug with me in the car and topping it off as needed. The car also has an engine tap, which has been there since I"ve had the car. This is very common with these motors. It does not affect the car in any way, and goes away once it is warmed up. To repair this tap would entail tearing apart the entire engine, which when it doesn"t affect anything, was never worth it in my eyes. The final thing is the odometer sporadically will not light up, however it still tracks the mileage. I am listing this car for my daughter who is in Minnesota at college. With her career she now needs a 4-Door vehicle. A Non-refundable $500.00 deposit is required at the end of the auction.
