My grandparents were the original owners. Always parked in an enclosed carport away from weather. Recently spent about 7K in upgrades and maintenance. Some of the stuff I've had done includes: new transmission with 1 year warranty, Recent tuneup, new belts, sparkplugs etc, new synthetic mobile 1 oil change, new 2500 watt Xantrex Freedom inverter/charger ($1000), new 210 amp lifeline AGM battery for camper (800), new Motorcraft car battery, new sure power battery isolator and wiring, Air conditioner recently serviced and recharged and lots more. Upgraded all lights inside and out to LED, installed off road lights, installed front and rear view cameras with screens, Bluetooth phone system. Everything works as it did when purchased new. The camper van has a sink with gray water tank, 10 gallon fresh water, water pump, propane tank for 2 burner gas stove and heater. Refrigerator/ freezer works absolutely great, bench that turns into a large bed, microwave, 4X110 Volt and 2X12 volt outlets in the rear, cassette toilet with flush, lots of storage. 40 gallon gas tank, Perfect and reliable for vanlife or off grid living or vacations.
