Hello Ebayers and Happy Holidays! Up for your consideration and making her Ebay debut is an UBER RARE showroom 2000 Mercedes-Benz CLK 430 Coupe with only 26,000 original miles. The car belonged to my late Grandfather up until about a year ago when I inherited the vehicle.To say this it was well kept and well cared for would actually be an understatement! The car was purchased as a retirement gift which he used sparingly as a weekend golf outing chariot. It is absolutely stunning and in pristine condition from bumper to bumper. She was always garage kept in a climate controlled vestibule. The interior is smoke free and completely blemish free. When I received the car originally it had those plush sheep"s wool seat covers on both the driver"s seat as well as the passenger"s seat. There are absolutely no signs of wear on any of the seats whatsoever. The interior still smells brand new! I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz before so to me this feels like a world class automobile with as much get-up-n-go as a Corvette but without all of the annoying rattles, squeaks and noises. I believe I read somewhere that the car produces 275 horsepower and will catapult you from 0 to 60 in under 6 seconds! The feeling you get behind the wheel is amazing. .from the minute you shut the door which is like closing a bank vault to the moment when you just flick the electronic key to start the engine you become overwhelmed with excitement. The throaty burble of the exhaust note captivates your auditory senses and reverberates in your chest and you begin to wonder if you will actually be able to handle this beast. Trust me. . you can and you will! It is such a refined automobile you don"t realize what she is capable of doing. .until when / if you decide to plant your right foot to the floor and then all hell breaks loose! Anyway, I really don"t want to waste your time on my personal experience with the car. I wish I could afford to keep it, but I"m looking to start up my own business shortly. The car has been recently gone over by a qualified mechanic with a fine tooth comb. It is accident free and there are no service lights on the dash. The oil was just changed. All the brakes and rotors were just replaced too. There is a new air filter as well. The battery is about 2 years old and it was replaced with an original Mercedes-Benz battery. There vehicle also has a new set of Cooper 17 inch tires installed last summer. I"m not sure what else to tell you other than if this is the vehicle you want you will be very hard pressed to find a lower mileage or more immaculate one than you see here. I have a clean NJ title in my hands. If you are a serious buyer from out of state I would be happy to assist you with a pick up from the airport. I am looking for a serious buyer and will not entertain any type of book value offers or trades of any kind.
