Beautiful, electron blue pearl, 2000 Honda Civic Si for sale. This has been a bucket list car for me, but I need something more practical with a growing family. Clean title, clean Carfax, and no accidents ever . Title in hand.
I bought this from a gentleman in CT that had babied and fully built this car. I have all receipts from the work he did - totaling over $22,000.
Car runs great. The check engine light has come on with the code P0505 which is the idle air control valve. Occasionally, after lots of stop and go and running for a while the engine will idle hunt when idling. This is a common problem with these Hondas, I just don’t have the time to fix it.
There has only been ~ 4,865 miles on the engine build. The rest of the car has 144,865 total miles, but honestly looks nearly brand new, with less than 1,000 miles put on in the past year.
Has been stored in a heated and cooled facility for the past 15 years. With that being said it still is a 19 year old car and has normal amounts of corrosion on some of the underbody.
Here is a sampling of all upgraded/new parts:
INTERIOR : Complete new factory OEM interior including new seat pads, front and rear upholstery covers, vinyl door sills, vinyl interior cladding, trunk panels, sun visors, and floor mats. Interior smells like a new car. ENGINE : Total original USDM B16a2 rebuild. Block and head resurfaced, head and intake ported and polished, JE Pistons and Rings, Eagle Rods, Honda block support guard, Stainless Steel Skunk 2 Racing Valves, Retainers, Springs, skunk 2 adjustable cam gears (not installed), new OEM cams and cam gears (currently installed), Moroso aluminum oil pan, UR Racing Under Drive Pulleys, AEM Fuel Rail, AEM fuel pressure regulator, BBK in tank Fuel Pump, DC Sports SS Header, Random Tech Super High Flow Cats, DC Polished Complete Cat Back Exhaust System, AEM V2 Cold Air System Intake (not installed), new O2 sensors, new OEM Radiator, Water Pump, Timing Belt, Hoses, Clamps, Belts, motor and trans mounts. ACT Streetlite Flywheel, Clutch, and Pressure Plate. B&M Short Shifter with custom fabricated extender, AEM Front and Rear Big Brake Kit, AEM Performance Brake Pads. Tein Super Street Front and Rear Struts. Rare 5Zigen Matte Black 17X7 Alloy Wheels with a brand new set 205/40/17 of Blizzaks for winter driving (*have not driven in the snow this past year).
