WRECKED HONDA ACCORD WITH REBUILT TRANSMISSION. This vehicle belonged to a friend. It was her daily driver, she rebuilt the trans shortly before 200k, and then she gave it to her son who wrecked it almost immediately. I have had it sitting behind my shop for nearly 3 years. I cranked it when I got it and the engine was perfectly fine. However, at this time, I cannot promise you anything, and I cannot crank it because I have removed the battery cables and alternator to use on another car. I have every reason to believe the engine is fine, but will make no promises about that. As you can see the interior is in tact but again it has been sitting for many years with the passenger door bent allowing the elements inside. The value in this car besides numerous rear body parts, and engine parts, is the transmission. As you can see in the receipt 2000 was spent to rebuilt it, and it didn"t even get used 20,000 miles thereafter. I assumed I"d need it. . and I never have. I"m sure I"ll find a super clean honda accord next week at the auction with a bad transmission, and I will have sold this one on eBay by then - that"s just how those things work. But after waiting 3 years, it"s time to let this eye sore go!
