Vehicle description
This vehicle was purchased at CARMAX with 10887 actual miles. We purchased it for one reason to use when we were at our boat, then we retired, traveled, and this became our primary and only vehicle. Traveling the Focus remained in our garage, always garaged, as noted by mileage, it was driven very little. Babied and maintained, religiously changed the oil every 1500 miles, until we switched to synthetic oil because it does not breakdown as natural oil. Naturally it does not use a drop of oil. I have maintenance records, recently, probably because of setting, I had to replace the electric fuel pump, replaced the driver side window regulator, same time I had all four wheel realigned, my Ace mechanic told me driving it over for realignment he suspected a rear wheel bearing going. As soon as Thanksgiving holidays are over and my mechanic returns, I will take it to the shop and replace one or both wheel drums that include the bearings. While I really don"t want to sell the Focus, we now have an Accord and now it really doesn"t get driven so it makes no sense to keep paying insurance for something not driven. While I realize nobody will baby this vehicle as I have, I would like to see it go to an appreciative buyer.
