Running Drivable 1999 Volvo S80 T6 2.8I Intercooled Twin Turbo. Low mileage running and drivable 1999 Volvo S80 T6 for parts (needs new clutch and transmission). Mechanics special. Engine runs smoothly and strongly. Transmission is rough, shifts but needs to be replaced soon. Drive it and see for yourself. Air Conditioning is ICE COLD. Engine runs STRONG with low mileage twin inter-cooled turbocharged inline 6 engine (just under 100k). Car needs a new or rebuild clutch and transmission and I am not willing to pay for it so I am selling entire car for parts or someone that can or wants to put a new transmission in it. New transmission was quoted around $2500. Transmission shifts normally for the first 3 shifts then defaults into "limp" mode (stays in 3rd gear). Engine has no oil leaks and engine was fast and pulled incredibly strong before transmission started to fail. Before the transmission went bad I absolutely loved this car. All body panels are straight but need to be refinished and repainted. All seat leather is sun faded and needs to be reconditioned but no tears. Sold As IS. Clean title in hand. DO NOT waste my time with lowball offers. I already know I can give it to a european parts yard for $600. Hoping someone out there wants it for its powerful, amazing, and highly desirable B6284T engine.
