| “Up for sale is a 1999 Lexus RX300 AWD. The car currently needs some work to be in perfect driving condition. The main issue is the car sat for a few months and now there is a grinding noise when driving at low speeds. After about 30mph it goes away. I think it may be coming from the transmission because in reverse sometimes it grinds a little and some times it doesn’t at all. I have no desire to put any time or money in this car because I bought a new car and have no need for it anymore. Another issue is the flex pipe is leaking and sometimes gives a check engine light. The new exhaust piece is $60. I was going to fix this before the grinding issue. The engine runs great and everything else seems to work as it should. Due to the age of this vehicle there may be a few things here and there that need attention. Therefore it is sold As Is. I think it may be coming from the transmission because in reverse sometimes it grinds a little and some times it doesn’t at all. I have no desire to put any time or money in this car because I bought a new car and have no need for it anymore. Another issue is the flex pipe is leaking and sometimes gives a check engine light. The new exhaust piece is $60. I was going to fix this before the grinding issue. It also needs a fender liner on the left front and the reflector lights on the sides of the front bumper. The engine runs great and everything else seems to work as it should. Due to the age of this vehicle there may be a few things here and there that need attention. Therefore it is sold As Is.
