The 1999 GTS is the Last Year of the Forged Piston Engine, Last year of the "Lumpy idle 708 Big Cam," Last year of the performance lifters, which makes this year very desirable and collectable!
This was the First Year of the inside rear hatch release, boomerang door handles, improved inside door handle trim rings, power mirrors and silver gauge trim bezels.
Everything on this car works as it should!
The AC is ice cold, the engine runs perfect with no misfires, there are no oil leaks. The doors close perfectly and do NOT sag. The power windows work well.
The T-56 transmission shifts flawlessly and the clutch peddle engages with light pressure, NOT like an abused clutch that has absorbed too much heat from racing and/or burnouts; they can become very hard to depress when abuse occurs.
Tasteful mods included: Belanger headers, catback exhaust system, pioneer flip-out Bluetooth hands free cell phone stereo system with speakers and back up camera. Tinted windows. Beautiful wheels with fresh tires and plenty of tread.
This is one of the BEST sounding Vipers you will hear! The exhaust has an excellent tone to it.

Please read: Although the paint is in very good condition, I would consider it a 9 out of 10. There are some imperfections and miscellaneous scratches , wear & tear present for a 22 year old car. There are scrapes under the front bumper. Please Note: The rear area behind the rear hatch (rear wing area) shows paint imperfections as if it"s been over-polished or paint buff marks. I"m guessing it may have had a wing on the deck area at some time but I"m not certain. I tried to take a picture of it but it won"t show in the photos, however, you can see it from different angles.
