1999 Double OverHead Cam Dodge Neon. Neon does not run but has NEW Spark plugs/Wires,Battery,Front/Rear Breaks and Roters, and a new Water pump. I have proof of purchase for all of it. I dont have time to fix it any more so its time for me to move on. I would prefer to sell the whole car but if you only want parts we could work that out. Have not really had a chance to do any real troubleshooting but it needs oil and a new distrubitor for sure. Also has really nice Pioneer Speakers but no Stereo its in my new car. Great first car but now i have to let it go.
