Runs and drives but think the torque converter seal finally went. Only 27 bucks on ebay, but don"t have the time or place to perform. Was told by a mechanic it was going bad about a year ago. Made noise when cold then went away. But now I think it"s bad. A common problem after 100k,
Surging experienced and rough shifting now. Have 3 extra cars, so decided to let it go to an Audi lover.
New power steering pump New alternator New windshield New tires with lifetime rotation,balancing, and road hazard from Discount Tire New battery installed 6 months ago
Timing belt/ water pump professionally installed at 80k and 160k. Oil always changed every 3k miles
still runs great, but torque converter making noise at idle now. Needs attention. driver side turn signal housing needs replaced-cheap on ebay. Leather interior a little rough but better than most on the road today. heated power seats, ac kicks ice cubes! (thanks to Ed Carroll Audi in Fort Collins), all wheel drive provides superior handling in all weather situations. Absolutely incredible on snow and ice. Power everything as this was Audi"s flagship car, and cost around $80,000 when new
