Vehicle description
My 2nd kid arrived a few months ago and I took a job that involves walking to the train station and commuting to work. Therefore I need to part with my baby. Bought in October 2007, with 90k miles I have put on about 70k myself. Car has had completely replaced shocks/struts around 120k miles, replaced fuel pump around 130k, Front brakes at 150k. Also has had wheel bearings replaced.
The good: VR6 in good shape, pulls strong, NO CODES
Clutch sticks great
Current PA inspection sticker
Premium stereo and CD changer
Sunroof (working)
Power Windows
Leather interior
Comes with spare
The bad:
Rear brakes need replaced
Air Conditioner needs a recharge
Typical VW rust (see pics)
Right rear window regulator not working
Slow antifreeze leak (from radiator not head)
Wear and tear on the paint and interior, drivers seat leather has some holes.
Headliner coming down from sunroof panel.
The car is not in perfect condition by any means but I would happily keep it for the rest of time, if only I could find excuses to drive it. Would prefer to sell to someone who will appreciate it.
