I suppose you could call this an "HOA Sale!" My wife and I purchased this van to convert it to a handicap vehicle for one of our parents and it didn"t take long for the HOA to start threatening us with fines if we didn"t get rid of it. So, we haven"t had the vehicle very long and are not just turning it around to sell. It starts right up, no leaks, and all 4 tires still have good tread. We did have it at Tire Kingdom for a fluid change, inspection, and to have the front brakes and rotors replaced (paperwork available). We then purchased a new battery, as I would after purchasing any used vehicle, and that is all we have had time to do. Then came the nastygram! Our loss is your gain! I did purchase an after-market radio, which is included, but it needs to be installed. It is 20 years old, so it does have cosmetic blemishes, but there are no dents and it is still a good workhorse.
