1998 Dodge Avenger ES

Vehicle is used, Vehicle is being listed "AS IS FOR PARTS", Car drives, however requires repairs to be made, prior to "safe operation" for "on the road" driving.
Body is straight and there are not any significant damage to any of the panels. Car had a tail fin, that came off, that will be included, not attached. Has dent, here or there. Paint is dull on hood, decent elsewhere. Vehicle was once in accident, prior to my having owned it. looks like the front cap was replaced, *hood, bumper, front bracket or two?, not sure, there is a small crease in the front cross section, not noticeable, however it seems like the title is clear/clean? But being noted*. Might have rust here or there, nothing visible, however is a car, in the State of Indiana, so no way to know. No visible rust. Car has been weatherized/rust proofed underneath.
Windshield is cracked. Limb from tree, fell and cracked the glass, will need replaced.
Vehicle has flex pipe adapters in the exhaust assembly, which had rusted out. The one that was rusted, was cut and removed, and has not been replaced. Car is loud, need to be replaced.
Vehicle will need brakes replaced, front. Replacement brake pads included, Installation not included.
Car needs new rocker arms or sway arms, $20 for set on Ebay, new. Ones on car are used and one of the wheel rattles, slightly if driven on a bumpy road.
Car had been recalled, due to lower ball joints being recalled, which were replaced. Uppers were replaced, some years prior, one on the passenger side needs replaced (Upper) prior to driving, Vehicle drives pretty straight, has not been aligned for a number of years,
Valve covers are leaking. Seals are good. Valve covers were removed, cleaned valve heads, springs, lifters, and reassembled. Valve covers were not "retightened" after being reinstalled, after they were driven and the seals settled. Oil has leaked onto engine in some places, due to this.
Vehicle has Iradium plugs.
Vehicle has aftermarket air filter/metal mesh.
Vehicle has no battery.
Vehicle is 20yrs old, has all of the typical used vehicle aspects. Car is not new or like new.
Car has electric doors, no factory remote. Car is equip with Security features *Anti-Theft*
Car has replacement radio, Acura w/tape deck. Has a CD player, not installed, will be included w/vehicle.
All 4 tires hold air. Est 50% tread on each?

Will include a full size Rim, no tire. Car came with standard doughnut tire.

Interior is decent, no rips, tears, etc. . Is musty due to being closed or not driven for a year or two.
Car has sunroof. Works, does not leak. The fabric is gone, due to age,
Car interior fabric roofing is sagging in places, 20yr old vehicle.
Purchased car w/100k on odometer. Vehicle driven/owned for 12yrs. Put 20-30k on vehicle. City driving, no gravel, no dirt roads.
Car maintained. Oil Changed every 3k-5k miles, using synthetic, synthetic blend. Conventional oil was not used.
Car does not have any motor noises, other than typical motor chatter, noise, etc. .
Motor seems strong, no combustion issues, fuel delivery issues, firing issues, etc. . .
Transmission fluid/filter changed 10k-15k miles ago. Transmission was not flushed,
Transmission does not slip, shutter, or have any problems.
