BMWCCA member owned 1998 BMW M Roadster used only during Summer months and stored throughout the winter. I have owned this car for five years and it"s been a joy to own and drive. It starts, stops, steers and accelerates as it should. Under my ownership, the car has received a new top, refurbished original wheels, a clear 3M bra on the nose and rear fender flares, and I put on new Hankook tires last Summer. Maintenance has been done as required, with synthetic oil. The car is original with no modification and comes with tools, air compressor, in-trunk CD and wind deflector.
The car has been extremely reliable. It"s benefited from a new shift rod seal and brake flush upon purchase (8/2012) and a new thermostat and radiator flush last year as a precautionary measure. The sub-frame is solid and the trunk spot welds are in tact. Imperfections are limited to a few door dings from the previous owner and a minor knick on one of the wheels.
The car is a pending classic, but I just don"t get to drive it much. I have additional pictures and CarFax that can be sent on request via eBay or at bmwroadster4sale@gmail.com
Payment via cash, wire transfer or bank check. Title and car will be released once bank check clears, if payment is made by bank check. If buyer isn"t local, I will of course assist with getting the car loaded via your transportation option.
