I am selling my 1997 Lexus LS400 sedan. I bought it in 2004 with about 90,000 miles, have put the rest on myself. I believe I am the second owner. Car has run great all along. Changed the timing belt and starter at about 100,000 and 200,000 miles. Runs on premium gas and gets 20-22 mpg. Exterior average for car of this age. Some small dents and scratches but overall good, some hard water spotting. Interior good, no cracks in dash, roof liner and rear seats very good. Driver seat shows wear and front passenger sear pulling apart in center. Always garaged. The car runs and drives fine. Tires are 80,000 miles tread guarantee with less that a quarter wear. It has the Nakamachi premium sound system, am/fm, cassette, and 6 disc cd player. Has all standard options, front power seats, mirrors, windows, locks, a/c blows cold, cruise control, 2 way moon roof etc. With an older car there are minor problems: rear passenger door lock doesn"t work so door always locked but can open from inside manually. The automatic adjustable steering wheel sometimes doesn"t lower if left in hot sun. When it cools down works fine. A couple of times the tach and speedo stopped working for a short time but hasn"t been happening for past couple of months. It has been in two accidents. I hit a deer front right, cosmetic damage only, and I was rear ended, again minor damage, both repaired and painted.
